I started this business in Orangeville in 1988 and have been providing the legal profession with superior service that allows my clients to enjoy the freedom of knowing the job will be done promptly and at a reasonable cost.

I’ve expanded to meet the needs of my clients to cover the Toronto and surrounding areas of the GTA including areas to the north covering Simcoe and Grey Counties, to the east covering York Region and to the west covering Wellington and Waterloo Counties.  Service is available throughout the Greater Toronto Area including Brampton, Mississauga, Milton, Caledon, Oakville, Newmarket, Vaughan, Alliston, Tottenham, Guelph, Kitchener, Arthur and everything that falls in between,   I have been providing the legal profession with superior service that allows my clients to enjoy the freedom of knowing the job will be done promptly and at a reasonable cost.

As a former Law Clerk, I understand the legal process and the documents and how the rules apply to them.  This experience often assists my clients and results in a reduction of the number of attempts it takes to file your documents.   I make every effort to verify your documents are complete and ready to be filed before attending at the court location to do so.  In the event that the documents are declined, I take thorough notes to assist you in providing what the court is requiring to have the document filed.

I was an advocate of the change toward licensing of paralegals and have always maintained that process servers should also be licensed and have a criminal background clearance certificate to protect the privacy and confidential material that is processed by us.   Although, this is not yet the case in Ontario, I strongly believe in professional development within this field and have a total commitment to ethical work practices.

In the past I have also taken an instrumental role in addressing service issues that the profession encounters at various court locations.   I have arranged and attended meetings with court staff and management in an attempt to streamline operations and have the needs of the profession be identified and addressed to allow for a more efficient use of time when accessing services provided by the Courts.  In Peel this has resulted in shortened wait times for service and process servers being able to make appointments for filing of materials.   Many courts have adopted an appointment schedule for the profession, which assists in keeping filing costs stable.

I am a member of the Greater Dufferin Area Chamber of Commerce www.gdacc.ca.
